2014 - A long time ago…
…there was a time where I worked on motion design
before i set my focus on events, spaces and stages.
Music Videos
There was a time when MTV and VIVA actually meant something. An environment for experimentation, innovation — and yes, budgets. Music videos were often the entry point for creatives to get seen and recognized.
Club Videos
“Club Videos” was the term we used for a special project: Blaenk Minds — a DJ team performing with custom-made music videos. Each piece was a collaboration between directors, dancers, 3D artists, fashion designers and musicians. Frames cut to the beat. Black used as an active color.
Less narrative — more image, more rhythm, more visual impact. Designed to support the energy of the night.

As a creative you never stop. When ideas keep flowing there will always be channels and ways to output them. Sometimes you share your skills with other creatives, sometimes you venture into the unknown and explore something different - and sometimes you just take a snapshot of the moment as magic as it is. Like this the time between clients and jobs is used to nurture the roots of a creative mind.
